Westchester Airport Car Service — Flat Rate, Tolls Included
HPN is the airport in our own county, and the cheapest run on the board from every town in it. Fares start at $55 from Tarrytown, they are published below, and they do not change for the hour or the weather.
Car Service to Westchester Airport — What It Costs from Your Town
Car service to Westchester Airport is the shortest airport job we run, and the rate card shows it. Nothing on this page costs more than $140, most of the county pays under $100, and Tarrytown to the terminal is $55. Every figure includes tolls and holds in both directions.
Because HPN sits in the middle of the county rather than an hour south of it, the pricing is close to symmetrical — the far north pays more than the middle, but not dramatically so. This is the one airport where the fare is genuinely worth weighing against a week in the long-stay car park.
Paying by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or check settles the figure above; card adds $10. The other four airports are on the airport taxi rates page.
Your flight out of HPN is cancelled, and the airline has rebooked you from LaGuardia in four hours.
This is the trade-off nobody mentions about flying from a small airport. The schedule is thin, so when a flight goes there is often not another one that day — you get moved to Kennedy, LaGuardia or Newark instead. Now you are standing in a quiet terminal in Harrison with your bags, needing a sixty-mile run to an airport you had not planned on, at whatever hour it happens to be. That is precisely the moment app pricing is at its worst, and precisely the moment a company that only covers HPN cannot help you.
Same number, same published rates, all five airports. One call moves you from HPN to whichever airport you now need, at the printed price — not at whatever the moment is worth.
Westchester County Airport Car Service — One Terminal, No Walking
HPN is small in the best way. One passenger terminal, four gates, and a kerb you can be dropped at ninety seconds from the check-in desk. There is no terminal to choose between and no shuttle to wait for, which is why people who can fly from here rather than the city almost always do.
It is also the reason the drive matters more than the airport does. Turn up eighty minutes before a domestic departure and you are comfortable; the security queue rarely resembles what you would face at Kennedy. What you do not want is to be sitting on 287 or the Hutch when you should already be inside.
The airport sits off Rye Lake Avenue in Harrison, just over the line from Purchase and about ten road miles from our Tarrytown base. From most of the county it is twenty to thirty-five minutes. From the far north, closer to an hour.
HPN Airport Car Service — The FBOs and Private Aviation
A good share of the traffic at HPN never goes near the passenger terminal. The fixed base operators sit on the other side of the field and run their own entrances, and a driver who takes you to the main terminal by default has cost you fifteen minutes and a phone call.
Tell the dispatcher which operator you are flying with and the driver goes to that gate, not to the terminal. Pickups work the same way — give us the FBO name and the tail number if you have it, and we meet the aircraft rather than guessing at a time.
Teterboro works on the same principle and the same published rates if your aircraft is repositioning. That run is $130 from Tarrytown and is on the rates page with everything else.
Locals call it White Plains airport as often as they call it Westchester County, and the early departures are what most of them book. HPN’s first flights leave around six, which from Ossining means a car at about a quarter past four — earlier than people assume, because the airport being close makes them relax.

Car Service from Westchester Airport — Meeting Your Flight
Arrivals at HPN are the easiest meet of any airport we serve. One baggage claim, one set of doors, and a driver who can genuinely be standing there rather than circling a loop road. Give us the flight number and we watch it in.
Because the terminal is small it also empties fast. Ten minutes after a landing the hall is quiet and there is very little to wait around in, which is the argument for having the car already there rather than opening an app once you have your bag.
The fare home is the same as the fare out, and a delay moves the pickup rather than the price. If you need a car at no notice rather than a booking made in advance, the Westchester taxi board covers the same towns on the same rates.

Westchester Airport Transfer — Quick Answers
How much is car service to Westchester Airport?
Between $55 and $140 depending on your town, and every figure is listed above. Tarrytown is $55, White Plains $80, Yonkers $90, Peekskill $110, North Salem $140. Tolls are inside the number and it is the same coming back.
How early should I get to HPN?
Around eighty minutes for a domestic departure is usually plenty — it is a single small terminal and security is rarely what you would face at Kennedy. Tell us the flight and we set the pickup from it.
How long does it take to get to Westchester Airport?
Twenty to thirty-five minutes from most of the county, and closer to an hour from the far north. It is about ten road miles from our Tarrytown base.
Do you go to the private terminals and FBOs?
Yes. Give us the operator name when you book and the driver goes to that gate rather than the passenger terminal. Tail number helps on pickups.
My HPN flight was cancelled and I am rebooked from JFK. Can you help?
Yes, and this is common. We cover all five airports on the same published rates, so one call moves you from HPN to Kennedy, LaGuardia, Newark or Teterboro at the printed price.
Do you wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. We track the flight, so a late landing moves the pickup time and nothing else.
Is it cheaper than parking at the airport?
For most of the county, a return trip compares well against a week in the long-stay car park — and you are not walking back to a cold car at midnight. Read your town’s figure above and do the sum for your trip.
How do I book?
Call or text 914-564-7013 with your address, date and flight. No app, no account, no card kept on file. A person answers and the price is agreed on that call.
